Mario Tricoci University of Beauty Culture (Educational)

We provided technical support to their 12 campuses that were all out of date and in need of much repair and replacement. During our time with them, they expanded to 16 campuses and we were responsible for building out those campuses. We upgraded the wired and wireless infrastructure in all locations to enhance better throughput for their internal staff and their students who were provided apple tablets for the curriculum. We relocated their back-end servers to our hosted Data Center to provide better airflow, power failover, and faster recovery. We also supported their day-to-day operations with helpdesk support which included setting up email accounts, registering new students, printers, and proprietary industry software solutions.
